Synopsis: Aimed at Key Stage 4 school students before they undertake their work experience, the programme is designed to give a broad overview of what they can expect from their work experience. It follows a group of students as they prepare for their placements; get the most out of their placements; reflect on their experiences, discussing how they have benefited in terms of enjoyment, new skills learned, insight into the real world of work and gaining experience for the future.
