Not Just an Accident

Synopsis

A training programme to alert young professionals and new site workers to the most common hazards they face on construction sites. It demonstrates the need for everyone to be aware of their own safety and that of those around them. The DVD is divided into three sections, each dealing with a different aspect of the young construction professional’s approach to health and safety: ‘Be aware of the risks’; ‘Don’t allow unsafe practices’; and ‘Plan and manage health and safety’. Discussion points in the sleeve make a useful aid for training sessions. The DVD is designed to be used in conjunction with CIRIA SP151 Site safety handbook (third edition).
