- Synopsis
- Radio adaptation of a play attributed to Shakespeare. Set in Calverly Hall in Yorkshire, 1605, the plot of the domestic tragedy is derived from the actual murder by Calverly of his two children and the attempted murder of his wife and the youngest child. The play is produced by Peter Watts who also provides a short introduction. Music by Geoffrey Wright is sung and played by Elton Hayes. With members of the BBC Drama Repertory Company.
