300

Synopsis
Based on the epic graphic novel by Frank Miller, 300 uses a blend of live-action and CGI animation to recount the ancient battle of Thermopylae, in which King Leonidas and 300 Spartans fought to the death against Xerxes and his massive Persian army. Facing insurmountable odds, their valour and sacrifice inspired all of Greece to unite against their Persian enemy, drawing a line in the sand for democracy.
The film depicts an epic adventure of passion, courage, freedom and sacrifice, embodied by the legendary Spartan warriors who fought one of the greatest battles in history.
