- Combined book and audio CD. The CD includes Orson Welles reciting the ‘tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow’ soliloquy, and Stephen Dillane performing the same speech from the New Cambridge Shakespeare 1998 audio recording. There are performances from Alec Guinness, Simon Russell Beale, Harriet Walter, Fiona Shaw and David Tennant. Photographs includes scenes from the RSC’s 1976 production with Ian McKellen and Judi Dench, Roman Polanski’s MACBETH (1971) and Michael Khan’s 2004-5 production for the Shakespeare Theatre Company.
