Midsummer

Synopsis
Short experimental film. An adaptation of A Midsummer Night’s Dream set against a psychedelic backdrop of surreal techno clubs and urban alleyways. The film opens with a long unbroken shot, with no dialogue, in which the main characters and their relationship to one other are established. Note: the film served as a promotional trailer for a work-in-progress. Lanier, op cit, states that the film was abandoned through lack of finance.
