Synopsis
Syndicated anthology drama series. A modernised version of Romeo and Juliet set in a small Italian village where the Capallettie and Montecchis, the local bread and wine makers respectively, squabble over allegations of food poisoning. The tragic end of Shakespeare’s play is gone, the couple elope and marry.
