Synopsis
An exploration of the feasibility of several extraordinary engineering projects, such as a Europe to Africa bridge, a 170-storey skyscraper and floating ocean cities. The programme uses computer graphics to illustrate these projects, then talks to engineers and designers about the possibility of carrying them out.
