- Videorecording of the play performed at the Vivian Beaumont Theatre, Lincoln Centre, NY in 2004. The adaptation combined scenes from Parts 1 and 2. The play was directed for stage by Jack O’Brien and videotaped for Theatre on Film and Tape (TOFT) by Patrick Hoffman. Richard Easton is King Henry and Kevin Kline, Falstaff.
