Synopsis
A documentary exploring the growing activism against the governmen’s plans to expand nearly all British airports despite the growing threat of climate change. Includes images of activists blocking a runway at Amsterdam’s Schiphol airport, Treetop protests to hinder construction at Manchester and activist training to stop Swansea airports expansion. Heathrow airport expansion is halted as local activists climb a 30m crane and squat for 7 days. Explains Corporate ‘Carbon Trading’ and gives insights into how common land has been taken to build Britsh airports.
