Tempest, The

Synopsis
Feature film based on The Tempest. Phillip, a New York architect, abandons his wife (who is having an affair with tycoon, Alonzo) and career by fleeing to Greece with his teenage daughter, Miranda. In Athens Phillip begins an affair with Aretha, a free-spirited American. Later Phillip, Aretha and Miranda go to live on a barren Greek island, where the only inhabitant is a feeble goatherd who becomes attracted to Miranda. A sudden storm blows up (apparently at the will of Phillip) and his wife, her lover and his son who were on a cruise are brought to the island where new relationships are formed.
