- Synopsis
- The programme examines 10 keys for business success. It focuses on small enterprises which highlight business principles clearly. The keys examined are: be innovative; develop a business plan and get advice; manage capital and cash flow; manage resources and records; establish image and reputation; build rapport with suppliers and clients; build strengths and eliminate weaknesses; exercise caution in decisions; update skills and knowledge; work hard and be positive. Two young owners of small businesses show how these concepts are applied in the real world.
