D&Ad 2004 Showreel and Annual

Synopsis

A compilation of all the winners of the D&AD Annual Awards, 2004 including television, cinema, radio and music videos. Showreels, some accompanied by annuals, are available for previous years (prices for these are no higher than £40 and decrease considerably the older they are).

Dave Dye of Campbell Doyle Dye London created the concept for the Annual. "Now Thats What I Call Design/Advertising 42!" is also notable for contributions by 36 A-list creatives such as David Carson, Malcolm Garrett, Vaughan Oliver, Paula Scher and Erik Spiekermann. Their "record sleeve" designs feature on each divider page of the Annual.

Its 600 pages showcase graphic design, advertising, ambient media, digital design, music videos, photography, product design, architecture and much more. The DVD Showreel includes over four hours of footage of TV, cinema, radio and music videos.

Now in its 42nd edition, the Annual is not only the definitive reference book and a source of inspiration. It is also a collector’s item, a historical benchmark of creative excellenece.
