Trenchless Renewal Systems for Gas Distribution

Synopsis

The Gas Research Institute (GRI) and its member organisations have conducted a research programme to test and evaluate promising trenchless technologies which could be used for the rehabilitation or renewal of gas distribution pipes. The test programme was designed to identify product strengths and weaknesses, their costs and applications, and to identify areas for future research or modification.
This video presents the trials conducted by participating utilities, the trenchless renewal systems they tested, and the lessons learned in the process.
