- Synopsis
- A programme in the fourth series about bosses returning to the shop floor to experience working conditions at first hand. This programme features Sir Neville Simms, the chief executive of Carillon, the UK’s biggest building company, as he faces a hectic week refurbishing council houses on a run-down estate in Birmingham, then is flown off by helicopter to meet the Queen at the opening of Tate Modern in London.
