Synopsis: A series in which top bosses return to the shop floor for a week. After 20 years behind a desk, multi-millionaire house builder Tony Pidgley returns to the dirty end of his business - the building site. He finds it is back-breaking work, with suppliers letting him down and the customer service department in chaos.
