Synopsis
Addresses issues relevant to house bulders when dealing with customers. Designed to be used as part of a customer service or after sales service training session. It is provided with a set. Uses two dramatises scenarios with different types of homeowner:. Peter is relaxed and accepting of the service he receives but does have
problems that are not being addressed by the builder. Philip on the other hand
is intent on bringing together the collective power of all the residents in an
attempt to force the builder to pay attention to his obligations under the warranty
and deal with the problems on the development.
The video includes a run-through of the whole scenario, followed by a second
run-through with ‘discussion points’ indicated to allow you to pause the video
and discuss particular topics.
