Synopsis
The classic black & white film version of the Brecht-Weill musical. In London at the turn of the century, the bandit Mack the Knife marries Polly without the knowledge of her father, Peachum, the ‘king of the beggars’. The BFI version includes the original French and German version of the film. All versions have English subtitles.
