Band 3: Investigating Life Histories - explores life histories of the African Elephant and Freshwater Salmon.
Band 4: Investigating Cell Membranes - looks at some of the recent advances in our understanding of biological membranes
Band 5: Investigating Bacterial Communication - tells the story of a serendipitous encounter between two separate groups of scientists exploring quorum sensing mechanisms.
Band 6: Investigating Hydrothermal Vents - describes a newly discovered and highly specialized eco-system, and some of the organisms that live within and near it.
