Tom, Tom, The Piper’s son
- Synopsis
- Jacobs constructed the film by re-photographing and dissecting a 10-minute short made by Billy Bitzer for Biograph in 1905. The original is shown at the beginning and near the end, and in between Jacobs pursues a deep analysis into its visual elements by slowing it down, freezing frames, introducing flicker effects and examining small, abstracted areas of the frame.
