Crisis at Work 1- Bullying: A Case to Answer?

Synopsis
A dramatised case study showing how an administrative worker is treated by a new team leader. She complains to the company and begins a grievance procedure. The team leader claims he’s been unfairly accused. The worker goes to her union but is told the case would be easier if she were a victim of sexual or racial harrassment. She may have to resign and sue for constructive dismissal but has to consider whether she is prepared to go this far.
