Back Stability Video

Synopsis
The Back Stability book, CD-ROM, and video (all available separately) provide professionals with a tool for learning low back stability techniques and developing individualized programs for patients and clients, The Back Stability video and CD-ROM complement the book of the same name. In the video, Christopher Norris leads users through a library of key back activities taken from the text and assembled in appropriate progressions. Exercises and activities follow the organization of the book and supplement the content by providing dynamic representations of the images included. The video is designed to improve the level of care offered to the patient or client by providing visual reinforcement of techniques critical to proper execution of the activities. The CD-ROM allows the development of individualised clinical treatment programmes for patients and clients with a library of 152 exercises.
