Tennis Practice Games

Synopsis
The video, and its accompanying book which is available separately, bring a game-based approach to learning tennis skills from stoke development to strategy. This practice method is designed to replicate the skills needed in an actual match. It goes beyond basic drills to creatively simulate points, adding pressure and focus only available through practice games. Each game includes variations that can be adapted to any skill level, with a wide variety of games included for both singles and doubles play.

The Tennis Practice Games Video brings 42 of the most creative and complex games described in the book to life. Shows exactly how the games and variations play out with slow-motion and expert commentary. Aims to help users isolate skills and gain a greater sense of awareness on the court.
