Who Rules the World?

Synopsis
Two videos raising issues relating to the world as a global community and giving an insight into the power structures that determine how international institutions behave. One video is on the World Bank and the other on the UN. They take a probing look at the institutions and encourage debate and creative thinking about whether they are needed, their weaknesses, constraints and dilemmas, and what individuals can do to influence them. The videos include footage from Rwanda, Angola, Bolivia and Uganda. The issues raised are discussed in the accompanying booklets, with website linds where relevant.
