- Enumerates, with imitative illustrations, the principal mistakes made by university teachers in the delivery of formal lectures. These mistakes include inaudibility, annoying mannerisms, bad planning, excessively fast or excessively slow delivery, mistakes in assessment of the level of the audience addressed, confused presentation, bad planning as to length, irrelevance and inconsistency.
