Homage to Dr e J Marey
- Synopsis
- Like Dr Eadweard Muybridge earlier, Dr Etienne-Jules Marey produced a set of time and motion study plates in the 1890s: originally published as a series of still photographs they can reproduce the actual movement by transference to film. Brief little scenes come to life - a man walking, a rowing boat on the sea at Naples, Parisian traffic, etc.
