A training package in an anxiety control technique in three parts: Dr Snaith 1) discusses the principles of the technique and answers some basic questions; 2) demonstrates a session with a ‘new patient’ (actually a volunteer); 3) demonstrates a later session with the same ‘patient’ to show how the training progresses over time.
