Synopsis
Designed to stimulate debate on safer hospital practices in relation to AIDS across all levels and disciplines. A patient suffering with Kaposi’s sarcoma speaks of the fear patients have of their doctors treating them with contempt. A panel of medical consultants discuss taking sexual histories, testing for HIV, confidentiality, working practices in hospital wards and operating theatres.
