In two sequences, 1: Interpersonal interactions (29 min.) - which is concerned with interpersoanl skills between a middle manager and a junior manager where the former needs to establish a relationship which will over time lead to an improved performance by the latter;
2: Team building (13 min.) - which looks at a group of mental health workers employed by the Ravensbourne NHS Trust who have formed an ‘out of hours’ team to provide support for mentally ill patients in the community.
