Teaching package that examines immunological basis for hay fever, reviews the development of sensitisation in the atopic individual and the development of symptoms following challenge. Discusses possible targets for therapy and reviews the drugs used in the treatment of hay fever, indluding sedating and non-sedating antihistamines.
