Synopsis
Shows the heroin addict filmed in THE ADDICT ALONE some two-and-a-half years later. He is still on drugs in spite of a year in Borstal, and his condition is worse. The life of other addicts in London is shown and also a doctor, who has been barred from practising, who is trying to help them.*
