- Looks at psychological testing in job assessments and interviews. Naval psychologists use psychometric tests, which involve two days of rigorous assessment, for selection purposes. Asks whether such testing is valid and fair and really can predict later achievement. Also asks whether it can help employees to adapt to changes at work and alter their approach to work.
