Gax Periurethral Collagen (Bard-Contigen)
- Synopsis
- Shows a procedure that can be used either for female or male patients to increase urethral resistance at a level of the bladder neck and produce continence. It is designed to be used in the conscious patient as a day-case procedure either in the operating theatre or in outpatients. It is ideal for mild incontinence or as an adjunct to major bladder neck surgery where complete continence has not been achieved. The process is described and shown in detail.
