- Synopsis
- Traces, in retrospect, the short life of a 19-year-old girl (Gale) from her abandonment by her mother at 6 months to her death in the basement of a derelict house in Chelsea from an overdose of drugs. Gale, a drug addict, had spent her life in 14 different institutions - children’s schools. special schools, mental hospital, borstal and prison.
