Synopsis

Two official films of the Royal Navy, featuring two generations of ships. FRIGATE (1972) is about life for young officers on board F40 ‘HMS Sirius’, a Leander class frigate. BOXER - FOREWARNED IS FOREARMED (1983) features the stretched type 22 Frigate F92 ‘Boxer’ in a post-Falklands navy.
