- Synopsis
- Peter Fox, a young aspiring pop music guitarist, is electrocuted by a new amplifier. He brings an action against the manufacturers of the amplifier, Rocktech Limited, for damages for personal injury caused by the negligence of the manufacturer. The programme traces the civil action in the High Court, where most of the action takes place. There is a full explanatory comment throughout.
