Forest to Fuel

Synopsis

The residue left after harvested trees are converted to timber and wood for other purposes such as fibre board and papeer pulp, represents one-third of the total mass of trees. It could be a valuable renewable energy source for industry and commerce. The programme shows various harvesting methods used to harness this resource as fuel.
