5S for Safety

Synopsis

Gives a set of universal principles and activities that sustain safe conditions on the shop floor. Focuses on improving unsafe and hazardous conditions that exist before an accident occurs, using a unique method to diagnose the causes of accidents. Draws on standard 5S techniques (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, and sustain) and OSA guidelines to identify, implement and standardize the ‘best practices’ for shopfloor conditions.
