- Conflict between hippies in Toronto who want to make a particular picturesque part of the city into a pedestrian precinct, and the Toronto City Council who want to keep the street as a busy city link. The films serves as a prompt for discussions and seminars on such issues as norms, social change, social pathology and the nature of community.
