First Order Reactions

Synopsis
A computer-generated film which illustrates some mathematical aspects of first-order reactions. The dependence on the rate constants of the shapes of the concentration/time curves for the reactions A-B and A-B-C is shown and these are further illustrated by an animated water tank analogy. Produced on the SD4020 computer of the Atlas Computer Laboratory.
