Synopsis
Asks what responsibility scientists have for their discoveries. In the early 1940s some of the most crucial work on the atomic bomb was done in Oxford, changing out world forever. In 1995, 50 years after Hiroshima, the pioneering new science is genetics. Michael Delahaye interviews two generations of Oxford scientists about the implications of their discoveries and the fine line that determines whether such discoveries are a blessing or a curse.
