Fibre-Optic Endoscopic Method for the Palliative Intubation of Oesophago-Gastric Strictures, A

Synopsis
Shows a new approach to the management of dysphagia in patients with inoperable oesophagastric neoplasms, using the Nottingham Introducer to insert a modified celestion tube through the stricture at fibre-optic endoscopy. After a brief introduction and patient interview to illustrate the need for such measures the technique is shown in detail.
