Feet First

Synopsis
Describes a project at Blundeston Prison, Lowestoft, Suffolk, whereby inmates are taught to dance in order to work with children from a special school. Two groups of children visit the prison each week - one group severely physically disabled and some with no movement at all, the other group mobile, but with profound learning difficulties. The film explores the relationship of the men to these children and their own preconceptions about handicapped children, dance and their own capabilities.
