Fatal Error

Synopsis
A new British Midland Boeing 737 crashed into the M1 near Kegworth in Leicestershire with the loss of 47 lives in 1989, allegedly due to pilot error. Asks whether the industry used the pilots as scapegoats in order to retain confidence in the aircraft.
