Synopsis
Documentary on the mantis shrimp, an inhabitant of the coral beaches of Hawaii, whose predatory strike is one of the fastest animal movements known. Looks at the work of Dr Roy Caldwell in Hawaii and California on the shrimp’s eating and breeding habits and shows their deception and display skills.
