Far Side, The

Synopsis
Marks the 30th anniversary of HORIZON, which was launched 12 days after the creation of BBC2 and is its longest running series. This film is a record of those years, relating how technology transformed our world and how we reacted to it. Behind the 700 hours of programming lies a story of the prejudices, politics and preoccupations of our technologically oriented times.
