Eye Disorders
- Synopsis
- Package for teaching prescribing practices for a variety of eye complaints. It simulates actual cases that may be presented in a community pharmacy and includes images showing the eye complaint. These include a stye, a meibomian cyst, a subconjunctival haemorrhage and allergic and infective conjunctivitis. Students are expected to move through a menu system covering: questions to ask the patient, diagnosis, general advice, medication and a summary. Approximately one hour of teaching material.
