Expodisc Spanish

Synopsis
A distance learning programme which teaches practical business skills alongside social language skills in Spanish. The participant takes on the role of assistant to the export manager of a company developing a market for a new product in Spain, prepares for the business trip to Spain, identifies and makes contact with a suitable target company, and eventually participates in the visit to that company in Spain. The student is called on to develop and practice effective business and language skills, and is helped by instant feedback. The programme is divided into a series of modules, each covering a stage in the action. The learner’s decisions influence the course of events throughout. At any point in the modules one can recap, call up Spanish or English subtitles, or seek help on points of language and business practice.
