- Synopsis
- Videotaped source material for research purposes: in the summer of 1997 Indonesian dancer Suprapto Suryodarmo, who over the last 20 years has influenced European performers, dancers and teachers, held workshops and seminars in the UK. This is a recording of selected moments from his work with a group on Dartmoor, his own movement, and from what he terms ‘movement counselling’, which is undertaken one-to-one. As in all of Suprapto’s work, movement is seen to be at the heart of a person’s relationship to the world.
