- Synopsis
- Shows the normal anatomy of the hip joint, then a systematic examination of the joint using the sequence of inspection, palpation and movement. Demonstrates the technique of listing physical signs first on a normal subject and then in a number of patients with hip pathology. Demonstrates the more difficult concepts of the Trendelenburg test and measurement of true and apparent shortening on a model to assist understanding.
